We're welcoming Ško Vina to the table in the private dining room at Mandrach.
Winemaker Tomo will join us at Mandrach Grill & Pasta Bar to share his wines and his family's story. Ško Vina comes from Razvodje, in the hinterland of Dalmatia (Dalmatinska zagora; the foothills the Dinaric Alps). A family with roots in winemaking going back to 1858. Tomo's ancestor Luka Škovrlj won an award at the London wine exhibition in 1906, back when this region was still part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. An intimate dinner, great wine straight from the source, and the people behind the bottle telling their story.
It will be a special evening with six courses from Mandrach's kitchen, each thoughtfully paired with wines from the Dalmatian hinterland.
