Cancellation & Transfers Reservations cannot be refunded if you can’t attend. You may transfer your reservation to another person up to 2 times per calendar year (as per your membership T&Cs). To transfer, email info@thewinewoman.com at least 24 hours before the event with: your guest’s full name, email, and phone, and confirmation that your guest is 18+, and whether your member wine bottle should go to your guest at the event or be held for your pickup at a later time.
