Cancellation & Transfers
Reservations cannot be refunded if you can’t attend. You may transfer your reservation to another person up to 2 times per calendar year (as per your
membership T&Cs
). To transfer, email info@thewinewoman.com at least 24 hours before the event with: your guest’s full name, email, and phone, and confirmation that your guest is 18+, and whether your member wine bottle should go to your guest at the event or be held for your pickup at a later time.

If you attend, you receive your curated member bottle. If you transfer, you choose whether the bottle goes to your guest at the event or arrange to pick it up later
